A: Our only fees are a percentage of the refunds secured and/or additional savings generated. Standard reports are included at no additional charge. Special reports or certain general ledger coding is available for a flat fee or line item fee.

A: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and BAX

Q: We ship a lot of ground packages.  Is that service guaranteed?

A: Yes, commercial ground packages have been guaranteed since May 1998. UPS now guarantees all residential ground packages and FedEx Ground offers the same guarantee for its Home Delivery Service.

Q: How will I know how much money I am saving and how will I verify the invoice from CMR Group, LLC?

A: The invoice from CMR Group, LLC is based on actual refunds secured. These refunds will be deducted directly from your FedEx and DHL invoices prior to payment, or they will appear on your UPS invoices as credits under the headers "Guaranteed Service Refunds" and/or "Credit Adjustments." For all electronic invoice customers, we produce an audit recovery report weekly.  At the beginning of each month, CMR Group, LLC will send an invoice for our share of the actual refunds secured the previous month.

Additionally, we offer a complete parcel audit - both service audits AND invoice audits.  We perform our audit work using only the most ethical practices, and, unlike some audit firms, we actually maintain amiable relationships with both UPS and FedEx, having developed “hot line” relationships with both carriers.  Finally, since our revenues are directly tied to what we recover, you can rest assured that we will maintain the hunger to maximize refunds and savings.
